Dr. Karilyn Richards - Clinical Supervisor
As Clinical Supervisor at Relate Family Therapy, I ensure top-quality care for our clients and support the professional growth of our therapists and interns. I grew up in Northern California and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University. I went on to complete a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), both from Alliant International University. I have completed additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Play Therapy, Infant Preschool Mental Health, and EMDR.

Emily Aughenbaugh - Clinical Office Manager
As Clinical Office Manager, I take pride in overseeing the smooth operation of Relate Family Therapy so that our clients have the best possible experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Metro State University, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University and also hold a License in Addiction Counseling. As a Colorado native, I’ve developed a strong connection to the community and this beautiful state. When not at Relate, I enjoy working out, spending quality time with my family, planning weddings, and diving into a good book. The stunning natural scenery of Colorado provides the ideal backdrop for my favorite pastimes and adventures.

Katie Jensen - Clinical Outreach
I engage with mental health professionals and others who refer to therapists in order to gain deeper insights into their clients’ needs and explore collaborative efforts to deliver the best possible care. I believe that collaboration is essential, and by referring and supporting each other, we can help children, teens, couples, individuals, and families find the most suitable therapeutic match. Kerry Rauen- Billing Manager
I have helped clients as the billing manager for Relate Family Therapy for several years. I help clients with insurance questions and anything related to payment for services. I graduated from Colorado Mesa University, formerly known as Mesa State College with a Bachelors of Business Administration. I have a wonderful husband, two kids and two dogs. When I am not bookkeeping, you can find me in my kitchen baking and decorating cakes, cupcakes and more!

Jasmyne Kettwick - Executive Director
My name is Jasmyne, I am the Executive Director of Relate Family Therapy & Counseling, located in Centennial, CO. I began this practice out of the desire to help individuals, as well as the whole family heal in the same space with clinicians that are focused on the trauma from a systemic perspective. As a native Iowan, I am a Midwestern girl at heart. After living in many different parts of the country with my family, including Chicago, New York City, San Diego, and San Francisco, I fell in love with Colorado and decided to settle down here. My husband and I now live in the Denver area with three kids and one dog.
