Hello, I’m Natalie
Growth and healing can be painful processes, but you are not alone in your journey. I am here to support you, to help you meet your goals, and to assist you in developing skills that will help you live the most fulfilling life you can. To do this, I utilize active listening skills, empathy, and provide a safe & nonjudgmental space for this healing to take place.
I spent the first portion of my life in Massachusetts, and later moved to San Francisco, CA for college. I stayed there in the Bay area for a bit, and have just recently moved to Colorado with my husband to start a new adventure. On the weekends, we love to spend time trying new restaurants, and taking our dog, Nova, on hikes. Denver is the perfect spot for both of those hobbies, and I’m loving my time here already!
I am very passionate about creating an inviting space for all individuals to share their story. I understand that it can be intimidating to seek help, especially from a stranger, so I aim to make you as comfortable as possible through empathy, active listening, and humor. I tailor each therapy session to each individual’s needs and goals by working on the goals the client wishes to work towards, and collaborate throughout the therapeutic process.
